A reinforced double-sided filament tape engineered with embedded fiberglass filaments and a PET film release liner, coated on both sides with a high-tack modified synthetic rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive. This construction delivers high tensile strength, excellent split resistance, and stable, controlled release during application. It provides reliable adhesion to foam rubber, wood, metal, plastics, and other industrial substrates, particularly in applications requiring precise placement and liner durability.
A high-strength, bi-directional double-sided filament tape reinforced with fiberglass filaments and equipped with a PET release film liner for superior dimensional stability during application. Both sides are coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive system designed to deliver reliable shear strength and controlled bond build-up.
Compared with paper liner versions, the PET film liner provides improved tear resistance, consistent release force, and smoother handling during automated or high-speed lamination processes. This construction is particularly suitable for industrial foam bonding, interior automotive assembly, and applications requiring precise placement and liner integrity.

Typical performance values are based on laboratory testing conducted under controlled conditions according to relevant ASTM / GB-T methods. Results are provided for reference only. End users should perform application-specific testing prior to production use. Certificates of Analysis (COA) and supporting test reports are available upon request.
Store at 4–26°C (39–79°F) and 40–50% RH. Keep away from direct sunlight, solvents, and excessive humidity. Allow tape and substrates to equilibrate to room temperature before application. Apply firm, even pressure to achieve optimal adhesive contact.
